Hanif Bin Abdul Rahman – Founder
Hanif Abdul Rahman is a seasoned lawyer with over 27 years of experience. He specializes in banking, corporate law, intellectual property, criminal litigation and civil litigation. After graduating from MARA University of Technology in 1997, Hanif began his career at Messrs Rithauddeen & Aziz, Kota Bharu. His expertise in various legal fields has earned him a reputation as a sought-after practitioner in the region, and he has successfully handled numerous complex cases involving land, leasing, insurance, and criminal law. In 2003, Hanif established his own practice, where he continues to provide expert legal counsel to clients.
Nor Azlan Shahrin – Senior Partner
Nor Azlan is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 20 years of experience in construction and banking litigation. He obtained his Advanced Diploma in Law (ADIL) from MARA Institute of Technology in 1996 and began his career as a Legal Officer for Majlis Daerah Port Dickson. After gaining experience in both the public and private sectors, Nor Azlan joined Kartika & Co as a Partner in 2004. He managed their litigation department in Kota Bharu and Kuala Lumpur, overseeing a panel of banks including Affin Bank Berhad, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Bank Muamalat, CIMB Bank, and EON Bank Berhad. Nor Azlan's extensive knowledge in various legal fields enables him to offer a wide range of litigation services, including contentious matters and settlements, tailored to meet the specific needs of his clients.
